The individual course includes your personalized Face Yoga program tailored to you.
If you choose a single course package (5x60 minutes valid for 5 months), we will gradually build the lessons on top of each other, exactly according to your needs.
Regular check-ins, assessments, and additional suitable exercises will facilitate the development of your own routine over these 5 months.
In the preliminary discussion, you decide which areas of your face you want to change and what your goal is.
Making your eyes appear larger - this helps you to appear less tired.
Relaxing the forehead - eliminating signs of stressful moments.
Smoothing out the fine lines above the lips - giving you a contented, radiant smile.
Strengthening the neck - eliminating the onset of a double chin and making the neck smoother again.
Together, we tackle the exercises and focus entirely on your needs.
